How to Play Moto X3M
Moto X3M is a dirt-bike stunt racer. Gas, brake, and lean to clear ramps and gaps. Land on the wheels, flip for bonus time, and beat your best on Desert, Factory, and Night.
Play 2048The objective
Ride the line. Stick the landing.
Moto X3M is a single-player browser racer about throttle, lean, and landing. You drive a dirt bike along a side-scrolling track of ramps, gaps, and crates. The clock is the score — lower is better.
You finish by reaching the flag without crashing. You crash if the rider’s head hits the ground, the bike body hits a crate, or you fall into a pit. There is no life meter; restart and go again immediately.
The game is free, runs in the browser, and does not require an account. Open play Moto X3M when you want the track; use this guide when you want controls, scoring, and the habits that keep a run alive.
Controls
Arrow keys, WASD, or hold buttons
Gas, brake, and lean. On a phone the four hold buttons stay under the canvas so you can play without scrolling.
Keyboard
↑ / W / Space
Accelerate. Hold to build speed on flats and up the face of jumps. Release in the air unless you want more rotation from wheel torque.
Keyboard
← → / A D
Lean. Left (A) pulls the bike back for manuals and backflips; right (D) tucks the nose for landings and front rotation.
Phone & tablet
On-screen pad
Four hold buttons sit under the track: lean back, brake, gas, lean forward. They stay above the fold so you can play without scrolling.
The loop
Four habits, every jump
Every run follows the same loop. Understanding it is most of what getting good at Moto X3M means.
- 1
Throttle and brake
Hold gas to drive the rear wheel. Brake to scrub speed before a lip or a crate. Most crashes come from arriving too hot, not too slow.
- 2
Lean in the air
Left leans the bike back; right pitches the nose down. Use lean to match the landing slope so both wheels touch instead of the rider’s head.
- 3
Clear the line
Each track is a side-scrolling dirt line with ramps, gaps, and crates sitting on the tables. Jump the pits, launch over crates, and land on the wheels.
- 4
Beat the clock
Finish as fast as you can. Full rotations in the air count as flips and subtract time. Crash (head-first landings, crates, or falling out) ends the run.
Scoring & game over
How a Moto X3M run is scored
Time is the score. Flip bonuses subtract seconds. Crashes end the run. Only the track layout and bonus amount change between Desert, Factory, and Night.
The objective
Ride the dirt bike from the start gate to the finish flag without crashing. Lower time still matters. Airborne flips score 100 points and subtract bonus seconds. Catch yellow gifts for 250 points each.
Scoring
Track time is your clock for that scenery. Flips and gifts add to a run score that carries into the next track when you finish. A crash restarts the current scenery and drops this attempt’s flips and gifts, but keeps the score from tracks you already finished. Best finish time per track is stored locally.
Game over
A run ends if the rider’s head hits the ground, the bike body hits a crate, or you fall into a pit. There is no life counter — restart and go again immediately.
Restart
A crash respawns you on the same scenery. A finish loads the next track. R also restarts the current scenery. Escape leaves focused play.

Tracks
Desert, Factory, and Night
Desert is selected by default. Factory adds industrial jumps and crates. Night is the longest line. Full details are on the modes page.
- 01 · Warm-up
Desert
Sand mesas and a low sun. Rolling dirt, two launch gaps, crates, and gifts over the lips.
- 02 · Industrial
Factory
Steel silhouettes, crate stacks, and tighter landings. Grab gifts on the tables.
- 03 · Pine valley
Forest
A green skyline and a river gap. Gifts hang in the canopy line.
- 04 · Coast
Beach
Palms and a bright horizon. Fast flats and gifts over the water gap.
- 05 · Alpine
Snow
White peaks and icy tables. Slightly heavier landings — keep the bike flat.
- 06 · Moonlit
Night
Stars and long gaps. Best scores mix flips, gifts, and a clean finish.
Common mistakes
Why most runs crash
Moto X3M losses are usually landing errors, not bad luck. These are the patterns that end a promising line.
Gas through the lip
Holding full throttle off a ramp sends the bike into a backflip you cannot recover. Feather gas as the front wheel leaves the dirt.
Landing on the head
If the bike is past vertical, lean the other way immediately. Head contact is an instant crash even if the wheels were about to touch.
Ignoring crates
Crates are not bumpers. Clip them with the chassis and the run is over — jump them or brake early.
Chasing flips on a new track
Learn the line clean first. Bonus time only helps if you still reach the flag.
Strategy habits
Tips to score higher
Treat these as habits, not shortcuts. The rules never change; your planning does. For a deeper walkthrough, see the full tips page.
- Tap gas on the face of a ramp, then ease off at the lip so you do not over-rotate.
- If the nose is high, lean forward before you land; if the rear is high, lean back.
- Flips are free time only if you can still land. A stylish crash is still a crash.
- Jump the small kicker before a crate — rolling into the box crashes. Brake if you are too slow to clear it.
- Restart instantly (R) after a bad launch — the first two seconds set the whole line.
- Mute with M if you want a quieter session; times still save on this device.
Where you can play
Same game on phone and desktop
motox3m.lol runs in any modern browser. You do not install an app from a store. If two devices disagree about your best score, that is expected: progress never leaves the browser you played in.
Desktop browsers
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari run motox3m.lol with no plugin. Keyboard is the precision setup: gas, brake, and lean without covering the track.
Phones and tablets
Hold-to-steer buttons sit under the canvas so the track and controls stay on one screen. Landscape helps on small phones; portrait still plays.
Progress on this device
Best times, flip records, and run counts live in local browser storage. They stay until you reset them or clear site data, and they do not sync across devices.
