Moto X3M Tips
A practical guide for Moto X3M: landing angle, throttle on lips, when to flip, and how to clear gaps without crashing.
Play 2048The core idea
Land first. Style second.
Nearly every strong Moto X3M run is a variation on the same idea: arrive at the next slope with the bike parallel to the dirt. Flips and max speed only matter after that habit is automatic.
- 01
Feather the lip
Build speed on the face of a ramp, then ease off throttle as the front wheel leaves the dirt. Full gas at the lip is the fastest way to over-rotate into a head-first crash.
- 02
Match the landing
Look at the slope you will hit. If it falls away, keep a slight wheelie. If it rises, pitch the nose down so both wheels meet the dirt together.
- 03
Flips are optional time
A rotation only helps if you still finish. On a new track, ride clean first. Add flips once you know where the landing is.
- 04
Brake for crates
Industrial lines hide boxes on flats after jumps. If you cannot jump them, scrub speed on the table instead of hoping the chassis will bounce.
- 05
Commit to gaps
Half-throttle into a pit drops you short. Hit the approach with intent, then correct lean in the air — do not freeze.
- 06
Restart without ego
The first two seconds set the line. If the launch is wrong, tap Restart or R. Hunting a best time is a loop of honest resets.
By track
How the line changes
Landing rules apply everywhere, but crates and gap length change the risk. Full track details are on the tracks page.
On Desert
Learn gas and landing here. The gap is honest. Do not chase flips until you can finish without crashing.
On Factory
Crates punish greedy speed. Carry momentum for tables, then flatten the bike before the industrial boxes.
On Night
Longer airtime. Start the flip early and leave rotation to spare so you can still level out.
